How Do you guys deal with taxes?

so how do you guys deal with your taxes for your business? Do a lot of you just go to an acountant or what? I'm trying to learn as much as possible about everything that I should factor in before starting my own company.

Use a CPA. Once you meet with one they will tell you everything you need to keep track of. With the tax laws changing quarterly it's impossible to keep up with them. You're better off just paying someone to take care of it for you.

Go with an outside payroll service this will eliminate most of the problems but not all.

What is a cpa? certified personal accountant? is that it, and phil when you say go with an outside payroll service what exactly is an outside payroll service?

Outside PR service writes the checks does it all ... payroll tax returns etc etc.
