We are just starting a lawn service business and were I asked for a quote by a local hotel in south Texas. The land is about 5 acres and full of tall wildflowers. What would be a reasonable rate?

Job estimating for commercial contracts for mowing, grounds maintenance in general requires gathering the info from the site all measurements to first determine the <b>amount</b> of work, scope of work, frequencies etc. it's not a cut and dry proposition bidding commercial.
