agreement contracts

Would someone email me a copy of an actual agreement contract? I would like to see what is in one, how services are broken down, what services are performed at what time of year, what kinds of rates are being charged. I am in the Rome Georgia area, in case anyone has competition concerns. I would like to see any "real" contracts but would prefer to see one from someone in my own region. Ok Where We Have the Contracts in the "FREE ---&gt; Things to Help You & Your Business!" I have a Simple Contract in There. If Residential it Might be a Little Hard to Make it More Complicated than it is Now. I'm JawJa RedNeck 100% & I Know those Folks are! <img src=icon_smile.gif border=0 align=middle>

I Only Used that Contract on a Few Folks, Remember, Contracts are Made to be Obeyed, Changed & Broken. That's all a Contract is Good For!

I Would Give Price to Mow, Hedge, Edge, Trim, Weed, Blow off all Concrete Surfaces. This would be on a 7, 10 or 14 Day Schedule. The 10 Day was My Favorite. 7 Days is a Nightmare. I Charged way Extra for 7 Days & Never Ever Offered to do it on Fridays.

Ok, all I did was go by & Make Sure Lawn was Immaculate at all times. I billed them once a Month. If Noticed anything else or They Asked me to do Something Else, If I decided it Required Extra Money, I would give them a Price!

There is Months after Leaf Clean up until Just Before Easter in Most Cases Not Much Work Going on. If You Do Good Job they Keep you.

It Is Virtually Impossible to Say to Do What When. If That Lawn Looks Good All the Time, You are Doing Your Job!

I've Cut Weeds in Feb & I've Cut them in April. If it Looks Good all the Time No Problem unless they are Dirt Poor Rich Folks & There's Plenty of them Out There. Poor Rich Folks are a Dime a Dozen.

Remember You are Selling Yourself & Then Your Services. On Average 8,000 to 10,000 sq.ft Lawn for 10 Day Service, Year Round, I was Getting about $150 to $185 a Month Every Month of the Year. Yes, it wasn't Much During the Growing Season, But in Winter it was Killer Pay! It All Balanced out, I do Not Know what they get where you are this was in Albany, JawJa!
