Is it a good idea to put prices on your flyers, especially for just the basic services of cutting, trimming and blowing?

If I was to do that I'd have to also include the address for which this flyer was appliciable too, assuming you're targeting residential. Also add other services offered at the bottom of your flyer at an additional price. This would keep your targeted neighborhood taking the flyer to a friend that lived elsewhere.
Commerical I would never list a price but others may disagree.

Sky Racer, when we pass out flyers, we use 3 different colors. They are each identical except that at the bottom, the yellow one would say $25-$30 per cut. The blue would say $30-$35. The green would say $35-$40. Those are just example prices.

When we passed them out, we put the correct color/price at the correct house based on how the property looked. We skipped homes that we were not interested in doing.

Well, it worked GREAT. Best responses we had ever had. Many people may not call because they think it is too high for mowing in general. But with the price on the bottom, they may think otherwise!

Also, homes that already HAD an company mowing the lawn would probably not call either. But now that they can see your price, maybe it is BETTER than the current company and they will call. The price wakes up more possible clients.

Not just that but you will have SOOOOO many less tire kickers. They have no reason to "tire kick" when they know about your company from the flyer AND your price for their lawn. nd because we only put them in homes we wanted to service, we wouldn't drive there and find 8 dogs chained in a yard with a 30" gate to it!!

Hands down the best thing I ever included on my flyers.
