  • Lawn Guy II, Commercial Edtion

Ok guys, you helped me create Lawn Guy from all your inputs and I thank you. Now I have another task for you...I'd like to create Lawn Guy II, Commercial Edition that can track mutiple properties for for single customers and such. Mabe track employees, pay accounts...or what ever we can come up with.
I know there are few of you out there that use other programs and if you could tell me what you use and what you like or don't like about them I'd like to try to design something that we could use, and again use at a good low cost.
I have to say the lawn business has slowed down for me, I am almost through another semester of college of trying for that computer science degee and thought this would be a great time to start. I'd like to have it ready for next spring.

I'll try to resopond every one I can, any and all inputs are greatly appreciated.

    Thanks...

We spoke once before and I am still thinking of buying your software. Not sure if the first edition will automatically generate bills, but that would be awesome. I spend most of my time, after logging jobs all month, printing out bills. It would be great if I could pull up a customer profile, see all outstanding $, and select a beginning and end date for which to run an invoice. It would automatically grab all data I had entered in between those dates as well as a line with the description I had put it when I logged it. That way at the end of each month I could just identify my customer, and date range, and hit run. Voolahh, my bills are complete. Also, you could go a step further, by being able to select all outstanding $ and running all for say the month of May. Then all are done at once. Am I challenging you enough my friend. I will come up with more soon.

I tried your demo and its nice so far. A little sensitive using a scroll wheel on the mouse. Flips to other customers, not up and down the page, but thats not a problem. Good work!

Check out what other programs such as lawn monkey or grounds keeper pro has to offer. See what functions they have to that you can put on your program. I am about to purchase computer software and am just looking now. I'm interested in your program and price, so keep up the good work.

i only messed with it for a little while so if i suggest some thing it can already please correct me. 1st being able to put your company logo on it would be nice and i dont mean a banner. i mean like buiness card size. 2 if it prints out invoices that it can print the same logo as one on it. 3 and if it does print invoices make a spot on it were u can print out other peoples buisness cards lets say up to 5,it could say other buisnesses recamended by your company name. oh excuse my typying halfway asleep
