Partnerships (Trying To Get Out)
Hey Guys,
I Havent posted in a long time (been busy) and well me and my partner are in a business and well im 12 and hes 13 and we have about 8 customers which most are every other week. Well him and me r best friends, partners, like brothers. Well this season we really got into the business and well now i know neaver to get into partnerships with your best friends because well we argue about stripes, mowers and everything else and well he has really got me thinking MAN I WISH I COULD MAKE MY OWN DECISIONS well i own a craftsman GT our 5x10 trailer and alll the racks and tool box, a push mower in which i wanted to get a toro but he had to have craftsman so i got one so we would match a STIHL trimmer ,blower andhe has a JD tractor and our business just bought a 54in John Deere wb for $700 and we split the bagger. well he yells at me all the time "he says i do something wrong" and well he calls me a moron and is like ur a retard and i just laugh and b like just wait and he always yells at me and says stuff and he acts like he's always right and im always wrong and well i do all the billing and keep track of all the customers so i was thinking next year get away from "MR RIGHT" and go solo and get some new equipment now that i dont half to match like a backpack blower in which he dosent want to buy, a 6x12 trailer with a side gate with a front shelf in which he dosent want, a Toro 20037 personel pace push mower... and an edger with other attachments and get striping kit for my tractor (im 12 and im gonna try to make a deal with my parents about their Toro Z150 COmmercial mower) and alot of other things i want but " Mr Right " dosent. I Bought the trailer in case of this happening and i bought all the racks and the tool box. Heres my plan (been working on it since April but dad said to wait til next season) He likes the wb I HATE IT its junk but if i would of said no to buying it he would of chewed me out and been like ooo that wb could of came in handy he can have it but i get all the hand tools $40 the wrenches,sockets tools, $25, the trimmer stihl fs 55rc and $200 business money. I didnt know when i started a partnership what would go down but heres an example Yesterday were mowing our subdivision lots and i had just put the push mower on the trailer and bungeed it down and our bungee cords arent heat proof and they always get fried on the muffler he comes up to me with it while im trimming under the fence ( he cant do it bc his knees are bad HAHA yea right) HEY MORON im like what??? and hes like good job nice im like their my bungee cords so why u complaining dip **** and i just start laughing and get back to my trimming. I Also bought a striping kit for my pm and its cool hes like ill make one im like my god lets see another example is well were mowing my grandmas with the walk behind and im mowing and hes trimming ( i wanted to trim) i go around the flower bed and im like ok ill do a stripe coming around in a half circle and then straight i think different stripes are cool he comes back and i stop im like hey go ahead and mow ill finish trimming and hes like oo no im like i want to trim and hes like WHATEVER first u wine about trimming and then u F**K up the stripes and im like there not F**Ked up i like them differently and im just like ok something is going to happen so hes all grumpy and i like trimming and doing little things bc that walk behind is tooo big for a puny yard and im like when he was done hes like huh and im like u know what u complain about everything and its always negative and in basketball he always yells at me not anyone else just me and he goes out there and messes up and i just sit there and dont yell i tell him like nice shot Not GET THE BALL OR MAKE UR SHOT so do u think when leaf clean-up is over i should take my equipment and start my own business bc i have a name and everything.!! Please help! o yea hes also president of our student council and guess what he does he bosses me around and no one else so i dont listen most the time and well everyday hes mad and if he yells i yell back!!

Get rid of him as a partner so you don't loose him as a friend. Your only 12 don't worry about the business as much as friendship, friendships are what hold you together in this world, without them, life would be very boring. A 'friend' I used to have got caught up w/ a girl, needless to say he has no friends now and she controls his life. When she dumps him, he's gonna be f$$$ed. Get a few of your own lawns to cut and go from there.
yea right so of my yards are 5 acres on a garden tractor YEA RIGHT!lol
