    Can someone provide some examples of their cancellation clause for COMMERCIAL CUSTOMERS. Below is mine for residential.....i give residentials option to terminate with 15-day notice.

    I do NOT want to give commercial customers that option because of the larger investment in time & materials (employees & equipment) that will be required on my part. - Thanks, Mike

    CANCELLATION CLAUSE: Option of the Client and Contractor to terminate. Client agrees to give a minimum of 15 days written notice to the Contractor of its intention to terminate this agreement. The Contractors’ option to terminate will be immediate and communicated in writing. In the event of termination, an accounting of services completed and payments made shall be performed. Any monies owed to the Client by the Contractor shall be due immediately upon termination of this agreement. Any monies owed to the Contractor by the Client shall be due immediately upon termination of this agreement. In the event the property is sold, the Contractor shall be notified in writing and this agreement will be terminated upon receipt of such notice.
