I am a newcomer to lawn servicing. I have an opportunity to bid on a job for an Industrial plant to service their grass areas. I would appreciate some tips on how to price my bid. I live in west/central Georgia if that helps. What are the usual services for these types jobs and pricing?

Welcome. Do some exploring at this site. Use the search button to check on "price" or "pricing" or bid(ding)" etc. to see some good discussions about that. Also look for the contracts etc. section (use the search maybe because I can't tell you where that section is off the top of my head) to see the sample contracts (that will give you a good idea of what can\should be offered). After seeing all of that you will be on the right track. Then you can ask more specific questions based on all of that new found information and you'll get plenty of help here. Also, you should ask that industrial site what their specifications are, because it won't matter to them if you use the specs for one of my clients if that's not what they're looking for
Also that would have you bidding apples to apples with any other potential bidders. Good luck.
