Need help bidding commercial?

Hey guys I just recently moved my Biz to Naples FL. I relocated from chicago. I did commercial and residential thier but it doesnt compare to size of the accounts that are available here (300- 400) units.At the scale of most of the jobs I am having problems comming up with A way to bid the acconts because of thier size. Anybody have any simple methods of bidding large accounts.

Seems it might just be a matter of adding all the small lots together to get a total acerage price together.

Base it all off of the number of hours you would put into it over the course of the year. $32-$35 an hour is the going rate. Add costs on top of that with a little extra for the costs, and you will have your estimate.
