weekly mowing costs with leaves

Leaf cleanup alone is not big in my area. I see most companies are cutting the grass while picking up leaves. Do you guys charge the same amount all year for a weekly mowing or do you raise the price in October and November to accomodate leaf cleanup?

mulching/bagging/ or mowing leaves is always more expensive than just plain "mowing the grass"....

I understand that. My question though is do you charge one price all year(figuring in the leaves) or do you charge a price without the leaves then tack on another xxx dollars in October and November?

My mowing contracts end October 31st.. Anything after that is considered "fall rate".. The leaves around here start falling in the end of october but all of them aren't off the tree until the middle to end of November...

In fall I double the price of the regular cut for mulching leaves..

double the regular cut + $2 per bag (dumped at road) or $3 per bag (taken off the site to the dump) when I use my metal bagger...
