  • News Letter?

Good morning, I am curious if anyone sends or has ever sent newsletters out
to last years cutomers in the off season? Do you think it helps? Any problems arise from it? did the customers like it or not? Any thoughts would be appreciated.
    Thank you
    Mike

I send one every month with my invoices. It covers what services were provided during the month, what to expect next month, whats been going on weather wise and how it affects turf and misc. other topics relative to the customer/ service provider relationship. It has cut my phone calls from customers by about 75% and feedback to continue the newsletter has been great. Just typed up February's last night to get an idea of who is planning to retain my service beginning early March. I just do a simple one, but others on this board have some nice layouts they use.

Do a search in this forum titled "newsletters" and you'll get some nice ones. Mines too primitive (as are my computer skills) to even figure out how to paste it in a topic here. There's some nice ones here though.
