lawn guy ver 1.3

Has anyone out there ordered the lawn guy version 1.3 software?
I did about 3 weeks ago and attempted to istall this and keep getting an error message. the error is that i have some out dated files.
It then asks me if i want to update, when i select " yes " and attempt to continue with the install i get the same error?
if anyone can help pls let me know. I really need this software up and running soon as my snow season is kicking in.

Did you send a message to Admin??

What kind of computer are you using?? Did you check to make sure the software is compatable with your computer??

No,I have not contacted admin. I did call lawn guy a week ago and again today. I am hoping that he will get back to me. all my prior dealings with him have been great, I'm sure he is on vacation or busy doing something. so, in the mean time i am hoping maybe someone reading this forum has bought this software and had the same problems.

I have tryed installing this software on 5 computers with no luck.
