I'm with you. Also, what can we do to not throw up any red flags. I just incorporated and want to make sure we do everything by the book, of course I am going to take advantage of any tax breaks I can get, but all within legal boundaries.
On the flip side, what sort of things will throw up a red flag for sure. This is a great string guys, keep it going.

As far as bookeeping costs it runs me about $30 a month with no employees and 45 with (this covers the payroll and taxes etc.)

I understand where you are coming from. After living here in NC for 19 years and the roads and schools are no better now than they were then. So what are they using our taxes for?
