  • Not everything works all the time.

So often we are bombarded with success stories of ever different kind. It gets so we start to think that if we don't hit on something the first time, we are failures.
On 3/9/06 The New York Times published an article about how the city and Snapple agree to work together to sell Snapple in city owned buildings and hopefully raise $93 million dollars for the city. The projected goal was to sell a million cases of Snapple over a year's period. Well reality often gets in the way with our dreams and the city and Snapple only sold 50,000 cases. They reached only 5% of their goal.
Does that mean it failed? I guess it depends on who you ask. But the fact is they did try something and I applaud them for doing so. We all should try more and not be afraid. What's the worst that can happen? But on the flip side, what if one of our crazy and wild dreams comes true!
    So try more. Experiment more!
