Steve is right. Get a mil.
Better safe than sorry.
In addition be sure to check on your classification. When we were in Wisc. the friggin ins. agent put us under landscape contractor instead of maintenance. We were paying the same rates as the construction companies! For mowing and maintenance.
Big difference.
Good for the agent of course($$$), but not for us.
If you will be doing landscape installation it's fine, but if not, you'll be paying a hell of a lot more for liability ins.

1 mill. not only to be better safe than sorry. But when you carry 1 mill ins. You open the door to bigger commercial jobs. Also, when you bid and you have 1 mill coverage and your competitor has on 500 th. it may help win a bid. The are reassured that "if" something goes wrong you will be able to cover it.
