Just curious on what everybody does for a bid package and is it different for larger accounts?

Do you add a cover page, about us, current/past projects w/pics, clear plastic binder, etc...

or do you just run the #'s and that's it?

at the current moment i've just been having small meetings with the potential customer, and talk #'s with them, and act professional, and haven't had any problem getting the jobs (if worthwhile).. however, i'm workin' on a binder with high quality photos, showing some of the work i've done..also saved quite a few handwritten appreciation notes of current and past customers, those are really good to have.
haven't really dealt with any real big accounts, so I'm not positive, but I'm sure there are some small differences.

my bid package includes a nice glossy two pocket folder with buis. card holder.. then on the left is the actual bid with the prices, behind that is a services sheet.. on the right is an about us, out philosophy, and testimonial sheets.. i use the same bid package for commercial and residential but with commercial i usually bring pictures and referances to the meetings
