of estimates we can get with door hangers, but what is the percentage of contracts signed or actual jobs from these estimates.

I have gotten a 1.5% estimate rate from door hangers so far and 2 signed contracts out of 30 estimates. A few more contracts are possible in the coming week.

That's a tough question to answer. After you get a sales lead, a foot in the door, your closing ratio depends on your offer, price, presentation, customer type, competitors in your same market, many factors ... many variables.

I got about 1% response last year. I signed about 1/4 of those estimates.
