Grass Blowing

This may be a dumb questions but a question none the less. I am going to start a lawn service company next year and would like to know when I am blowing the grass off of an area where do I blow it? Do I pick it up and dumb it? (If so where might this be) or do I leave it? Thank you for the help and this site is awesome.

blow it bact onto the yard from the street or sidewalks or driveway. or if leaving big clumps in yard from cutting just blow the clumps around to blend them into the yard.
