confused: How do I place a bid on commercial propertys? I've been doing residencial for about five years and I'm ready to move up to bigger and better things.---I see alot of local businesses that need service, do I just walk in and give them a bid letter and a bid?

It is a good idea to talk to the store owner first to see what they are wanting. If they have a company you can find out what the other company is not doing that they want done.
