what are some of the wording members have for thier " terms of contract"
like... # of visits, payment terms, per mow , or per month, days you bill . when due , ect... Thank you

I only use contracts for commercial accounts, but the residential customers get a form that has what is included so there is no confusion. I give minimum of 42 cuts a year. (Nov - March is every other week) I am in Florida. I send out the bill on the first of the month and it is due on the 15th of the month. Late fees start on the 20th of the month. Customers that are behind 2 months are warned and terminated. If a customer wants every other week service I charge more than half of the every week service. I try to keep customers on the same pay all year round. I speak of the fee as a monthly fee and if they get defensive about paying for winter at full price I remind them that every month with 5 weeks is charged the same amount as the others.
