Selling Business

Do you have any advice for selling a lawn service business. I am not in a hurry to sell but my business is growing and doing well but I will need to start to think about selling it because I am finishing up finish graduate school in about a year. If anyone has had experience selling a lawn service business or has bought a lawn service in the past I would like to hear any suggestions or advice you have.
