looking maybe to use QB next year.but wanted to know if the preveious balance "rolled over" onto the start of the new invoice ,without you having to look a reports to add prior balance manually.Comment

You can set them up as statements and it will show all activity for that client and give a total that is due, including past amounts.
I don't think the actual invoice will show past amounts automatically. I'll have to check that out again to be sure.a.k.a.---> Erich
