How are you finding and keeping good employees? I seem to find people that do not respect the equipment or are there just to grab a paycheck.

It's kind of tough until you find that one good employee. Many times that guy knows other hard workers. Just keep looking and don't settle for to little.
As for keeping them? Well, we pay pretty good and give all the benefits that any other industry gives it's employees.a.k.a.---> Erich
