Do any off you send a Newsletter to customers? A quarterly newsletter and a monthly inspection sheet sent with invoices had a good response over the course of a year. Customers became accustomed to receiving these and within the inspection sheet there were monthly specials and referral incentives. This was also a good way to build a good relationship with your customers. Do you use newsletters and too what affect?

I think newsletters, or something like that, are good way build relationships. I also thinks it helps the customer feel confident, in your work. I don't even think it needs to me mailed, or that long. Even if you just include something on the invoice, such as a lawn care tip. However a newsletter is nice to use for upselling services. With a newsletter when you "upsell" it doesn't seem as pushy, as when you just give them an advertisement for service they should purchase.
