Addition of new customers

When a new customer is added to your business how do you ensure all the services they want are taken care of?

Do you have managers of different depts. that take care of this? How do you not accidentally forget to provide different services?

Some would be hiring managers for this kind of job but you know, with all things (prices, I mean) firing up sky high, you may not be able to afford to hire another one to do this job for you. One thing is to keep things organized. Make time in writing all the services that you may be able to provide. Do some research and you'll know what you can actually offer to your customers, old or new. When you have everything planned out, you can easily offer them this. But just in case you have the extra cash to hire someone to do this for you then by all means, do so. You may just have to consider it as another one of your investments.
