I have a new customer that want me to do her lawn she doesnt trust us "lawn service companies" so she want a contract made... I have never had a customer request a contract on a residential lawn...can you guys help me write one?? these are the things i will be doing at her home:

Weekly Mowing Front & Back Yard.

    Shrub Trimming-Front & Back Yard.
    Minor Tree Trimming-When Needed

She also wants me to add something about winter and summer grass......i dont like this part because she wants one price and she wants that price to stick for all the times we do this....prices change this one wont....Thanks in advance guys...and gals...Rene

    where are you located?

I'd love to have all my residentials on a yearly contract with winter rye. It's so much easier that way for billing too. You know what's coming in monthly.

what kinda trees/shrubs does she have, how many and how big?
Will you be hauling away or leaving it at the curb?

what about ferts!!!? work the ferts in!!!

In the first sentence of the second paragraphh, "Hedge Shrubs" caught my eye. Should this be "Trim schrubs/hedges"?

blow off concrete surfaces at customers address & or their company address for a monthly fee of $200.00

Leave out the "&" part because if they want you to mow another one of their properties, if they have any, you said you would do it all for $200.00. It is extremely unlikely but you never want to take that chance.

Be as specific as possible when dealing with a contract.

i know im suppose to put the adress of the customer there..but for security purposes i didnt...this 200.00 charge is for one property only....we would make another contract for another property...we would never charge 200.00 for 2 properties...thats just crazy considering the size of those houses..... thanks you guys
