When are you guys starting to send out your flyers for spring cuts?

I though end of Feb. to Mid March was the best time to hit for spring. When do you think is best?

Probably the beginning of next year and again in March and again in early May. People get flyers and throw them out sometimes. If you hit them more than once you might get a call. Some will wait until mid spring before calling someone and if your flyer was the last one they saw, they might call you.

I did a flyer run in July and got 4 new customers. I handed out Spring Cleanup flyers 2 days ago and got 1 new weekly customer for NEXT YEAR.

Hand them out all the time I guess is my answer. Make people remember your name and that you are always around.

Start selling next spring (now) by offering pre-season discounts for early signups ... yeah I know, nobody is thinking "next spring" yet ... but by next spring your ads will compete with many others ..,. aside from that ... shouldn't you be selling something every month to get sales "year around" for year around services?
