    i have been keeping te track of my lawn work in a notebook.i would like to know if them is some sort of software just for the green service , what are some other methods of keeping your lawns and who paid and what work was done and what needs to be done.just looking for some good ides and different way of doing thing

    I use Invoices & Estimates Pro. It's not specific to Landscaping however it get's the job done. I think you might want to consider going with something a little more general not just in payment programs but many other tech type programs (ie. design software, etc). You will save a lot money and should end up getting close to the same results if you do your homework.

      Microsoft Money for Business. I've used it for several years personally and for the business. It works fine for me. Keeps track of receivables, sales tax, payroll, and expenses. Plus it easily gives you a detailed report of just about anything you want to see (profit/loss, inventory, etc.).

        Quickbooks.

        Simple to use, takes very little time to operate and is expandable. It can grow as you do. When you are large enough, there is QB Express available.

        It will do everything you need it to.

          I also use the Quick Books program and it has worked well for keeping track of billing, expenses etc.

            As many others, I use Quickbooks. It's easy to use and keeps track of clients info, income, and expenses and more.
