looking 4 sample lawncare contracts

Hi folks...I've just gotten a couple of folks wanting to use my services for lawncare and landscaping. I would appreciate getting a glimpse of a contract. I'm billing monthly on an annual contract.

Does anybody have a copy of a bid sheet they could send me? Im a new lawn service and need some bid sheets to give some professional looking bids to some potential commercial customers on. I also need some 12 month contracts too. Thanks.
