Thanks for the tip.. I think I'll be hitting all the real estate offices in my area..

Today I hit up 6 more realty offices bringing the total to 10 real estate offices with 35 brochures and 20 business cards in them.

I thought I'd get a head start on advertising..

This has really been good stuff. I have one question though...I am a one man operation. Is it at all beneficial for me to take on clean up projects? It takes me so much more time alone. Sometimes I think I should just cut the grass, trim and edge the property and get off the lot to max out my earnings.

Twobrothers I am a one man show too, but you can hire a pt person to help. And its good work to fill up a day or two thats slow.

I am not too sure about the realtors but I know that with some banks, if you are cleaning up a repo house for them, if you find a needle or anything like this they declare it a health hazard and pay much much more.

I work remotely in marketing, so relocating to Bali was always on my radar — but I didn’t want to just rent forever. After a few months living in Uluwatu, I decided to explore buying property in bali, and the search led me to a platform that featured a wide variety of listings and super helpful buying guides. I was surprised at the range of options available — you could get modern villas with pools, compact homes for digital nomads, or even land to build on. I chose a leasehold villa near Pererenan. It’s modern, compact, and walkable to cafes, coworking spaces, and the beach. What I liked most was how transparent the whole process was. The site had clear info on legal structures, local agents, and property management. I got introduced to an English-speaking notary who explained everything about lease agreements and land certificates. Now I rent the villa when I travel and manage everything remotely. The rental income is solid, and I’m building equity in a place I actually enjoy living. Buying property in bali turned out to be one of my smartest moves — both financially and in terms of lifestyle.
