Talk with your attorney about LLC and other options available to you. He may be able to help you decide what is best for your current situation.
Good Luck!Jeeps are like women.....much more fun with their TOPS OFF!

I'D SAY AN ATTORNEY IS THE BEST WAY TO GO ABOUT IT. WITH LLC, YOU CAN GET SUED BUT THEY CAN'T TAKE ANY OF YOUR PERSONAL POSSESIONS. ALSO IF THERE ARE MORE THAN ONE PERSON IN THE BIZ, YOU CAN MAKE DECISIONS LIKE BUYING A TRUCK ETC. WITHOUT ALL THE MEMBERS BEING PRESENT. VERY GOOD IF SOMEONE WERE TO GET INJURED OR SOMETHING WHERE THEY COULD NOT MAKE DECISIONS. ALWAYS COVER YOUR TAIL.-Rochell Landscape

liability
I'm sure this has been pointed out before in other post, but it doesn't hurt to say it again. You are only covered when you are on company business. You have an accident after business hours, coming home late from bar, on your way to dinner, etc. ( you get the idea). Now you might say, well I was on company business. I was going to dinner with a new client/customer etc. That may sound all good now, but may not stand up that well later. Please, remember, just because you have liability insurance with your business, people can still come after your personal possessions in certain circumstances. So, be careful. Hope this helps some.
Thanks,
John
