Info please...I have talked to many people and got some mixed views on contracts or service agreements.Is this something that I should use or just make verbal agreement and continue service till customer decides to cancel. Please help

A&M, the word "contract" may scare away residentials, but the word "agreement" is not so "harsh" sounding.
You should always use a written agreement. Basically what it does is eliminate any gray areas in the service to be provided and the cost of it. It allows for a fair cancelation clause and defines a payment policy and the actions to be taken is payment is late. It is protection for you AND the client.
Working without an agreement or contract is bad business and it leaves you open for potential problems later down the road.Jeeps are like women.....much more fun with their TOPS OFF!
