For any of you that send out bulk mail advertisments..........how do you print out the address from the program you pull the address from to the piece of mail? I know there has to be a way to do it because I receive the same type mail all the time I just can't figure it out. I'm using a Criss Cross and doing a reverse look up and pulling from specific area's I want to hit hard. I've tried for hours in word using the avery set up but it's just not transfering the address over right??

The best way to accomplish this is to save all your addresses in Excel. Set up your names & addresses into a label form & print. But, you must be sure that if you are going to use US Postal Service to send these, you have to group them by zip code, along with the specific carrier route number. After all of that, you still don't save much at all.

I use a bulk mailing service. I e-mail them my mailing list. (in Excel) I have my printing company take the brochures from their shop over to the bulk mailer, who then labels, tabs and mails them. It's a no-brainer and much more efficient and cost-effective to do it this way. The one thing you MUST do, is get the bulk mailer's bulk mailing number and have it printed on you brochure where the stamp would normally go. (Any printer can do this).
