        Valleywide:

Those kind of employees will have you bankrupt in no time. The proper way to handle that is to fire them on the spot. You should spell out from the beginning that this will NOT be tolerated AT ALL! You will end up with a sexual harrasment lawsuit against your company so quick it won't be funny. I would personally find it difficult to refrain from whipping this employee's ass right in front of everyone.

Ive gotta admitt some of the housewives i run up against are down right Playboy material if not better. And a few of them i know have been possible. But i refuse to comprimise my business charactor or ethics. Not to mention i wont fk w/ another mans wife.

As far as employees,, i expect the same charactor and ethics from them. On and off the job.

                        Ground Werks:

The Akron/Canton area has its share of scrubs for sure, but there are a lot of places (suburbs) that are being built up with new housing. A lot of 180,000 to 250,000 dollar houses out there. If you know the area, you can find the 300,000 dollar and up areas. There's actually quite a few of those as well. I know people who work in the area, and they do ok. Myself, I'm adopting Seascape's (and Scaper-S2K's) policy of reaching out a little further this year. I'm not sure I'm going to stretch it to 40 miles, but then again I know where there are some areas with 1 million to 3 million dollar houses (about 30 miles away from me) that I am going to target.

There's certainly work to be had in the area. If you were going to make the move, I'd say do it in the early winter so you can do some driving around to get familiar with the area, and find the better neighborhoods.
