I am making the assumption that you bid both of these at a rate so you can make a good profit off of them. If you didn't then you may be in trouble. If you did, then......
What the hell do you mean you "can't handle" both of them? First, you get the work. Then, you worry about getting it done. Hire people, or subcontract the thing out so you can make something off of it. Or figure out a way to do it yourself.
In this life, people are limited by what they THINK they can, or can not, do. Some people on this earth seem to pull off almost magical things. It is those people who are not self-limiting. Do not allow yourself to fall into such a trap. Sure, it can be a major pain in the butt to juggle a heavy workload, but it is preferable to turning down work.
Just my 2 cents on it.

^^^ No doubt! Strap flashlights on your mowers and do them at night until you hire a helper. Commercials are beneficial in the aspect of timing, as in, you can do them whenver the Hell you want, as long as you do them. ( regarding being too early or too late in the day)

DO NOT TURN AWAY AN AWARDED CONTRACT if you bid the job to make money!
Hire an employee, sub. some work out, whatever, but do not turn it away. Main reason is, work like that gets around. They took the time to research your company, spent time with you and awarded you the bid, just to say "I can't handle the work". Bad idea.
This situation is called "growth"! Take advantage of it when you can, one day it may not be there!

Look at the options ...
1. Partner with another LCO if you get contract ... do a split of the income based on how many labor hours are invested by each of the two companies (as example) you put in 100 hours a month, they put in 75 hours etc.
2. Partner ... sub out the mowing (probably 50% of the hours in contract)
3. Get the contract ... then sell it outright for a finders fee of total like maybe 5% to 10% of the total gig.
4. Do the job yourself.

Have you ever prayed for work or rain so you could make money, pay your most necessary bills so you can then help your Mother or Father make their house payment or pay their utility bill so they will not die of heat in the Summer or lose a place to live? I have many times & Hope I can Help them for many years to come!
Where I come from, the money & work doesn't flow like water, Hard Times & No Rain is a way of life for us. 95 degree days is just another day that God has Blessed us with Cool Weather!
It sounds like it's time to hire another employee & maybe get some more equipment, being awarded another contract allows you to accomplish this easily!
This is the time to take another step up the Ladder of Success!
It's probably not even growing season where you are now & I'm sure you are going to get plenty more work in the next few months!
Get it while you can, Most of us here are hoping to get more work & need the work bad.
This extra contract could change your life forever!
I'm sure you can find someone that needs a Job & Wants to Work. They are 1000's in my town that need work & don't care what it is.
If you need equipment, the extra contract should justify the extra expenses!
Think about it...

347, is that Stuarts Draft, VA? I didn't know you could connect to the internet there! Just kidding, I grew up in Staunton. Good luck.
P.S. don't pass up the work. If these are some of the accounts I think they might be. I would justify buying just about anything I needed to get them done.
