I need to know how to do a proper bid. I have put in a seven bids so far this season and could not land a single one of them. Maybe it is how i have it presented or maybe it is just to high I really could not tell you but I am guessing it is a little to high. Anyways just help me out here I have a bid on a Holiday Inn Select coming up and want to land this one. Give me everyones secrets on how to write it and price it. Thanks
