hey guys i got a yard im bidding on and its about 3 acres nothing but grass i need help on how i should bid it i got some small yards i do but i guess on alot of those but i dont want to under bid myself here so please help thanks

what equipment are you going to be cutting it with?
anyways, I would bid $95 since its open ground. would have it done in little over an hour, and includes a 15 min drive time. -

If it was a 1 acre yard what would you charge? X3. I get $50 per acre. but it's really hard to get $150.00 for a 3 acre lot res. There was a thread here about the bigger the lot the less you can get for res. Most res customers just can't aford it. However, what would it cost you to get to 3 different 1 acre customers? My bid would be $120.00. Your aready there so in stead of making $50.00 an hr. you make $40.00 an hr. but your cost is less per hr. for those hrs. Ok so you can cut it in less than an hr. There is not a lot on earth that doesn't have something wrong with it. There is always something going to go wrong with this piece of cake so bid for it. If there isn't anything wrong with it then you win one. I like winning.
