Ok here’s the deal i have 4 employees and need two let to go but which 2?

1. been with me over a year some what knowledgeable hard worker (Can't Drive)

2. came back after a short lay off real knowledgeable hard worker (Can't Drive)

3 been with me 3 months basic knowledge hard worker has a bit of an attitude (Can't Drive) Laborer only

4 Been with me 2 months basic knowledge hard worker Laborer only and driver (Can Drive)

Wheres the problem? Take 1 and 2 and nudge them along into getting their liscences. When I worked for someone else all his trucks were standard and I didn't know how to drive stick. He paid for classes, I learned to drive manual and all was good. $100 out of his pocket to double his income. Not bad ROI.

I don't know for a fact they are and i'm not a document expert!
and around here they are to only ones willing to do this work.
