Error with Outlook express

So heres my deal...I can open outlook express and get any new messages but, when I try to create a new mail it says "There was an error opening this page : An error occured." And before it said "address book failed to load, there may be an error with address book". How can I reinstall outlook express. It was already on my computer when I bought it.

I'll take a shot at uninstalling it...

Go Start> My Computer> Add & Remove Programs> Add & Remove Windows Components> Go down the list until you see Outlook Express then uncheck it. That should remove it...

Then restart (I always shut completely down) then go back there & place a check mark beside it to re install it & click next or what ever is there just do it!

I think all of the above is correct, please double check everything as you go.
