How do you create an "undisclosed recipient" type email?

I'm trying to send out an email to a lot of people but I don't want to allow everybody to see everybody else's email.

I'm doing a survey for a class I'm taking and I'm sending it out to about 50 people I know but they don't necessarily know each other. So I kinda wanted to respect their privacy.
