Is a floating deck better than a fixed deck in your opinion?? What are the advantages and disadvantages of each? Residential and small commercial.

Which Deck leaves a better looking cut the Floating or the fixed?
Which deck is better for uneven ground or hills?

I have always used Fixed myself. If the floating leaves a more manicured look I might get one.

What is the general Opinion out there?
