Looking for New ZTR

I have been using a 50" cut Dixie Chopper for the last 5 years. I am in the market for a 52" inch cut commercial grade machine. Available local brands are Gravely, Hustler, Bush Hog, eXmark and Ferris. I am most impressed with the Ferris IS 1500Z with a 25hp Kawasaki and Hustler Super Z with 27hp Kohler. The suspension on the Ferris seems to give a slightly better ride while the speed of the Hustler is impressive. However, the Ferris goes for $6200 while the Hustler is $8200. What are your thoughts and experiences with these machines?

Have you looked at the Hustler Super Mini Z? I demoed one last year and what an impressive little machine. It's also priced close to the Ferris 1500IS. You really need to demo the prospective machines to find what you're going to be comfortable with.

Bought the Super Mini Z 52" 24 hp Honda last year and the Super Walk Behind 54" 25 hp Kawawsaki this year and love them both. I think you'll really like the Mini as to it overall length.
