I require my employees to wear hearing protection when we are working. The only downside to this is when we are mowing a 15 acre lot or even a small lot it is hard to communicate becausr they can't hear. Right now we are using the STIHL ear protectors but what I am searching for is some ear protection with a built in 2 way radio or some type of communication. Even if it just had a option where you could beep the other person so you knew they were looking for you. Does anyone know of any equipment like this?
