    Woody you hit the nail on the top. Not sure of the English word for this.
    But you an consider it a Wankel engine.
    Roto engine in Germany they have such and engine such as Wankel Engine
    no piston or moving parts, Just one, High RPM. low fuel and emmision.
    Who can build it.

      Actually, I am looking at a design that is lower emission than that even. Powerful, light, durable, exceeds all current emission requirements, and all future ones currently on the books. Easy to start, easy to operate.

      Once winter hits I'll have time to experiment with it.
