Toro Z400 vs Exmark Lazer CT

I am looking at these 2 commercial grade ZTR mowers to mow a few highly detailed acres on my residential property. The Exmark is $500 more than the Toro but I can't see enough of a difference between the two to justify the extra expense. I actually prefer the greasable spindles on the Toro to the Exmarks sealed units.

For my application, do any of the differences really matter?

I am 14 years old and I have 10 accounts. I have a Lazer Z Ct 19hp Kaw 52" and love mine. Excellent quality of cut and exmark is the best brand because the people behind the name. Great Service too.
