The 48" or 36" Turf Tracer

I talked with the dealer and can get a 48 for the same as a 36.First mower purchase for me.The only concern I have is with gate issues.I have the small Honda walkbehind but should I get the 36 so I dont have to use 2 mowers to cut this type of property.I like the 48 deck for saving time.What do you guys think? Thanks for your help.

37" and 40" are standard gate sizes in Jack D. land.

Jack D. has 32", 36",42",44" and 48" units and most fequently uses the 36" Tracer.

The 36" Tracer will also mulch slightly better than the underpowered 17hp/48" and the 19hp/48" due to the longer blades.

I bought a 36" this year because I can get it into about 30% more area than a 48" and the time is saved on the increased access with one mower.

Please measure your gate sizes. If 37" & 40" is typical, please purchase the 36".
