I know everyone hates Craftsman mowers, but... They have a 21" self propelled model they are selling with a Honda engine, and blade brake for $479. Anyone have experience with one??? I don't do enough to warrant a $1000 commercial push (1 full yard, 3 back yards, and occasional patches). We only put the Deere on the trailer 1 day out of a week... Besides... I'm gonna have to save my money for a new hydro wb for next season.

If you have spent time researching why most pros dislike this machine, you will have discovered why its not the picture of a professional LCO.
However, most LCOs will have started their career with a Crapsman.
Go ahead and buy it. Only personal experience will persuade you as to why we dislike it. Happy mowing.

Craftsman mowers
I have the same Mower. I run it 5 days a week for 4-5 hours a day.I have had it for close to 2 years now. I would buy one again. I like Craftsman equipment. It is more for the home owner. But if you do the PM on it after every mowing like you should it will last longer. I always PM my equipment every day no matter how long it takes. I would say if thats what you want then buy it. You have to make the payments on what you buy. I choose to buy Sears, others prefer Lawn boys, its your money.Inmans 's Lawn care
