How does everybody feel about buying used Gators from JD? They're up off of lease from school districts, state and whoever else leases them.

Yeah, I'll either leave them out and covered, or I'll park my enclosed out there and use that as a garage/shed. Mine and my wife's contracts are coming up and Carillon is gonna stop repairing all those golf-carts, bite the bullet and get some gators. They're tired of the upkeep on the carts and is willing to pay the extra for us to supply our own vehicles. Kinda sucks but is cool at the same time. Besides my wife has minimal overhead and needs the write-offs. (notice how I insinuated that she's gonna pay for them )

I see a pipe rack for long handle sweepers....

A psuedo- hose reel for vacuum hose...

Better make sure you have an aluminum and poly bed fabbed for the chlorine messes.....

A scissor dump for trash.... You probably use a pick-up for that though huh?

And a Home Cheapo Storage bulding or 8x40 ship container, if you can hide it, in your future.

I like how ya thinkin.

I didn't even think about a scissor dump,, that would be the choice setup. And yes we are currently using a p/u but it's going down fast.

I have a Gator and it is bulletproof. It seems to run forever. I have the better tires, and an electric dump with a bed liner. The electric dump is great! I say get one. I have seen total POS Gators sell for $4k.


I asume these are the 4x2 models?? Just thought, don't get a 4x6 model, they don't turn worth a crap.
