Has anyone ever used one of these, or seen one in use? I'd like to have any comments you may have.
Here is my situation and what I would use it for/in place of.
I am running a Hustler 52", I am in Florida so leaf service is not high volume. I am looking to use for minor leave pick up, but would also like to use to vacum behind hedges and corners. Use to pick up hadge trimmings. Occasionally use to vacum grass trimmings, although I normally mulch all my grasses.
I would also like to know if the shredder blade can be removed so it can be used like a truck loader? Vacum away old mulch without shredding, or vacum dirt out of the back of truck.
The cost is $1,400, which is considerably lower than the Hustler stock Bac-Vac (cost $2,500). It is the same cost ratio to a decent lawn vac, or a truck loader though. So any comments will be appreciated.
