Well it may not be a law, but I really am curious. With our sue happy society it would seem that it would. This ROPS thing is weighing on my decision to purchase. Can it be that ROPS may not be needed in that grand scheme of things ?Comment

Do you do many props. with hills? If not, it is a waste of money and can actually be a hazard if you have it up and go under a low branch. But if you are doing hilly areas, I would invest in it.Comment

Never had it happen on my exmark but I have seen a video somewhere of it happening...it was staged of course, but still a real hazard. You win some, you lose some. I'm gonna try and find that video now...Comment
